![]() I have not looked into any reviews on that yet so I'm honestly not sure. In those cases I'm not sure even the extra power of something like a Mac studio fixes that problem. The problems in running logic with the m1 chips seems to be when the system has to run emulation for plugins that aren't compatible with m1 chips m2 etc etc. Even if you just want to work in a different room in your house. so the laptop form factor can be a great advantage. It's definitely convenient to be able to pick up your studio and take it somewhere else to work. Pick whatever form factor suits you best. And if you have some extra money to put into it opt for additional RAM before you opt for additional storage. Anything with an m1 chip gets the job done. You could run logic exceedingly well on the modern MacBook Air or Mac mini. The Mac studio is actually kind of overkill for logic.
